Located at Moulin Garnier, 21 Route de Château-Renault, in Vernou-sur-Brenne (37210), between Tours and Amboise.

Ideal for visiting the châteaux of the Loire Valley or tasting Vouvray wines.

The cottage is surrounded by one hectare of land where you can watch the Moulin Garnier waterwheel turn as the water flows by (the Brenne River) and enjoy the Moulin Garnier swimming pool (shared access with the guest rooms).

The cottage has one bedroom on the ground floor, which is wheelchair accessible (with a 160 x 200 bed) and features
a private shower and toilet, a kitchen, and a large living room.

On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two
(90 x 190), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet shared by both bedrooms.

5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. - Check-out at 10:30 a.m.
The cottage will be inspected with the guest upon each checkout.
The cottage is ready upon the guest’s arrival—the beds are made—towels are provided for the
bathroom.

The cottage must be cleaned upon departure unless the 65-euro cleaning option is selected.
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the cottage.
